We can't help running around Tripping over our feet ya we're coming down To a place I've seen before All I want is a little more Can't help waiting around Just hanging ourselves in the lost and found With borrowed lace from a broken shoe No telling what we're gonna do No telling what we're gonna do This feeling's really growing on me But darlin' we won't we won't Even have time to be alone alone Alone Alone Alone This feeling's really growing on me But darlin' we won't we won't Even have time to be alone alone This feeling's really growing on me But darlin' we won't we won't Even have time to be alone alone Alone Alone Alone

Woke Up 02:25
Woke up in a dream today I know I can find All those lovers and dreamers that I left behind Running down the neighborhood Where I said my goodbyes To find a different way or reason that I could live by Standing alone is sometimes what it takes to be brand new It's a chance to get a grip and somehow get a clue The way that you get about me is the way I get about you too There might be a crowd around us but all I see is all I see is you Yeah it's you You bring me down to my knees Woke up in a dream today And no one knew my name In fact I guess some things are never gonna change But I can only think on it for a minute or two I guess it really doesn't matter what we all sing to Standing alone is sometimes what it takes to be brand new It's a chance to get a grip and somehow get a clue The way that you get about me is the way I get about you too There might be a crowd around us but all I see is all I see is you

Get lost inside a dream Until you wake up you'll never know Feel the warmth inside you grow Up to a certain point Take your roots and grow them well Better than anyone can tell Do it to me Do it to me Do it to me Do it to me Sunshine why don't you come in I've been waiting for you I've been waiting for Sunshine a reason for breathing I've been hearing the news and I just want you to know Sunshine Fresh as the morning dew Forgive them for what they do Unless they take it all from you Senses get blurred and you're having a Day of unrelenting fire Piece it back together Sunshine why don't you come in I've been waiting for you I've been waiting for Sunshine a reason for breathing I've been hearing the news and I just want Sunshine why don't you come in I've been waiting for you I've been waiting for Sunshine Sunshine

How does it feel To be stuck in the way What I want's far away We've been made into meals Neatly packed into trays When it's so hard not to stay Open doors leading to nowhere Trying to sleep only knowing We should've known We should've known How does it feel To be stuck in the way When it's so hard not to stay Open doors leading to nowhere Trying to sleep only knowing We should've known We should've known We should've known We should've known

Kiss Away 02:15
Put it past me now Cuz I don't know how To kiss away the pain But you can call my name Understand we are the same With another plan I felt her heart drifting away But I just kept calling Some things I needed to say But I just kept stalling And we all have our memories untold For our past is never here We all have so many hands to hold It has never been so clear We are at it again We ain't ever we ain't ever gonna be the same Yeah Let's stop to pretend That we ain't ever we ain't ever gonna be the same
6.
Can I just follow you around I bet that's what you were thinking You were thinking you were thinking Unless we turn it upside down In a world where we thought it was sinking It was sinking it was sinking What do you see What do you see A minute past by or two There's no way that it's stopping That it's stopping that it's stopping And you think you got it figured out So why's it that you're still talking You're still talking you're still talking What do you see What do you see

about

This album has been my dream to publish. I'm so thankful for my supportive family and friends that have been telling me to keep pushing myself. I'd like to thank my wife Claire Scott for providing me with the extra push to finish this project. I'd like to thank my Deadbeat Cavalry bandmates, Dan Schrom and Ian Gustafson. You guys have helped me develop musically to get me to this point in my life and I cherish that immensely. I'd like to thank Bryan Daste for being incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. And I'd like to thank my parents, Brian and Susan Scott for giving me the opportunity to give music a try growing up.
